I listen to a radio program here in Pittsburgh called Quinn in the Morning on WRRK FM. It's host, Jim Quinn, offers the facts and opinions you won't hear on the mainstream media ... Until Islamic nations start allowing free elections, freedom of religion and human rights, there is no room in a civilized world for such hate, evil and terror.

A friend, call him Chip, recounted an exchange he had with a female coworker. He told me that the woman got extremely animated after he answered her that he was voting for Bush mainly based on moral issues, specifically abortion. In her excitement, she said that men shouldn't be allowed to vote on abortion since it is about women and that abortion was a woman's God-given right.

There are many things going on in the world right now, but I find it hard to spend much time thinking about them. My beautiful wife, Laura, is very anxious to deliver our fifth child. She was in New York gushing about the co-chairmen of Miramax and how she and the President watch Miramax films in the White House. Is it any surprise...

I just read on the front page of the Wall Street Journal that Democratic lawmakers and "major donors" (presumably, the major donors who are hiding in foreign countries were not joining them) were planning a "family week-end" at Disney World. However, they will not be going. The trip has been cancelled. Why...

This was the first of my "Thoughts" pages.  Sort of an introduction.

Please me with any questions or comments.
